
With eighteen (18) years of professional experience in an International Humanitarian Organization, I am looking to once again join a dynamic organisation focused on innovation Learning and Development in order to share my experience. • Led a Regional Learning and Development (LnD) Unit based in Dakar which covers the training and professional skills building needs of staff Africa french speaking delegation .
• Facilitated various online and face-to-face training programs.
• Managed and developed the Human Resources of the Unit: Managed, supervised and trained/coached a team of 4 senior facilitators and a course administrator based in Dakar and remote.
• Established and supervised the annual budget of the Regional Unit- Management of an annual budget of approximately six hundred and fifty thousand Euros (650,000 Euros)
• Ensured the financial follow-up and the coordination of the general activities of the Regional Unit- Management of an annual budget of approximately six hundred and fifty thousand Euros (650,000 Euros)
• Managed remote teams
• Acquired a mastery of the use of the digital tool, particularly in online facilitation (meetings, webinars and training/courses)
• Facilitated various face-to-face training programs. • Analyzed training needs, implemented and evaluated various institutional and ad hoc training and skills building programs for the staff of the fifteen (15) Regional Delegations of Francophone Africa, Haiti and Antanarivo covered by the Learning Unit and Development (LnD).
• Ensured the monitoring, coaching and coordination of training activities within the team and also the network of fifteen (15) training relays based in more or less 10 French-speaking African countries
• Ensured that the Regional delegation (Senegal-Guinea Bissau - Mali and Niger) receives effective support in terms of Supply Chain, management of purchases, import-export, and operation of the fleet in accordance with policies and rules institutions as well as national laws .
• Coordinated major Humanitarian Assistance activities in southern Senegal (Ziguinchor), Mali and Niger.
• Ensured the follow-up, coaching and coordination of the activities of the department composed of about ten collaborators (logisticians, buyers, mechanic, fleet manager, storekeeper, drivers) based in Dakar and Ziguinchor.
• Coordination of all training activities carried out by the Regional Training Unit for the staff of the delegations of Francophone Africa, Madagascar and Port au Prince.
• Active participation in the implementation of a project to set up a Learning and Development Unit (blended-courses-personal development program)
