• Planning and organizing shipments: import, export, and re-export.
• Coordinating transport operations, pickups, and deliveries.
• Checking and verifying the customers, suppliers and shipping/airfreight companies invoicing, and vessel documentation.
• Coordinating and submitting quotations for transport, custom clearance, handling, consignment, or import/export.
• Managing company procurement of equipment, goods, and services and controlling stock levels.
• Coordinating relationships between the customers, suppliers, transport companies, and internal transit and finance teams.
• Meet and Greet: managing the ship crew changes before, during, and after seamen's stay at the port or onboard vessels.

• Daily monitoring of dock and vessel status at the Port of Dakar.
• Preparing required documentation for ship berthing, departure, or shifting.
• Providing port call accounts at the end of vessel operations.

Assisting with:

• Organizing ship arrivals at the Port of Dakar.
• Verifying invoices from PAD, URD, STN, and shipowners.
• Monitoring vessel loading/unloading operations.

• Setting up and coordinating the franchise’s logistics chain.
• Managing the franchise’s vehicle fleet.
• Negotiating and selecting suppliers.
• Verifying preferential purchasing conditions for product orders.
• Updating supplier and transport company information and identifying potential partners.

• Invoicing port dues, storage fees, and container delivery costs.
• Issuing container release orders after verification of the documentation.
• Assigning goods and containers to transporters based on delivery areas.
• Preparing container deliveries, transfers, and delivery plans.

Invoicing :

• Sea freight cost upon container arrival.
• Containers port dues and local charges.
• Containers post-routing and re-routing costs.
• Demurrage, storage, and detention fees for containers and other transport equipments.

First professional experience in transport and logistics.

• Tracking import containers.
• Issuing bills of lading and draft invoices.
• Archiving import documentation after container releases.
