With extensive experience in managing international teams, I’ve led innovative projects like the SSR pilot in Thailand, driving guest satisfaction and sales while setting a benchmark for future initiatives. As Service Delivery Team Manager in Mallorca and Thailand, I managed teams of up to 21 Reps, oversaw key properties, and gained valuable insights into complex long-haul operations. My roles as Resort Team Leader and Acting Blue Guide Manager have further strengthened my leadership and operational expertise, always focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As SSR Team Manager for Thailand, I led an innovative pilot project, managing a team of 12 international SSRs across key destinations. Through tailored trainings and streamlined workflows, I ensured the team was well-prepared and supported. By enhancing communication and service excellence, we boosted guest satisfaction while positioning the SSR model as a blueprint for TUI Musement’s future initiatives
Between March 2023 and November 2024, I worked as a Service Delivery Team Manager, leading a team of 21 Reps in Mallorca while overseeing key properties such as Insotel Cala Mandia, Protur Safari Park, and Globales Bouganvilla on the East Coast. In Thailand, based in Bangkok, I gained valuable experience managing the complexities of long-haul and multi-center destinations while collaborating closely with teams in Excursions, Operations, Finance, and Back Office. This role allowed me to enhance my leadership skills, support diverse teams, and develop a deeper understanding of delivering exceptional guest experiences in both high-volume and international environments.
From March to July, I worked as Resort Team Leader in Cala d'Or and Cala Mandia, before stepping into the role of Acting Blue Guide Manager at TUI BLUE for Families Mallorca Mar in August.
