Mabingue Ngom is an accomplished leader with 30 years of public sector experience at country, regional and global levels. This includes over 20 years in global health leadership positions at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), the Global Fund to Fight HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) and the Government of Senegal. Ngom has proven ability in rallying African Head of States, First Ladies, Parliamentarians, regional economic commissions to local community organizations, traditional and religious leaders, women and youth organizations, private sector networks and other stakeholders galvanizing them to action on complex health and social-economic issues particularly in low and middle income countries. Ngom brings experience in cross-sector partnerships, drawn from his experience in collaborating with a range of multilateral institutions, regional organizations, and government and non-government agencies.
