- Develop Maintenance Plan for Gas Turbine LM2500 + Instrumentation interconnected with AMS (Emerson) through Multiplexers.
- Work on Coral Sul FLNG Facility for Operation and Maintenance Department.
- Perform daily schedule activities for instrumentation and control team.
- Coordinate with several disciplines for day to day activities.
- Using and manage Permit To work process during maintenance activities.
- Support troubleshooting activities on Field for instrumentation, analytical and control team.
- Review and update of spare parts related with instrumentation and analytical equipment.

- Perform commissioning activities and assistance to vendor for Constant Position Monitoring System on Loading Arms.
- Verify cause and effect testing and Functional Test on Off loading condensate systems.
- Provide technical recommendations to management to increase the reliability of FLNG plant.
- Deliver presentations to I&C team regarding innovations and technical information of Instrumentation, control and valve equipment.
- Carry out corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance on Instrumentation, valves and analytical equipment (Rosemount, Emerson, Fisher Flowserve, Khrone, etc), and carries out all the work in a safe and cost effective manner under properly permit to Work conditions.
- Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance of different Fire and Gas systems such as Protectorwire, Minimax, Hochiki, Notifier, General Monitor and field sensors (Gas, Flame, Heat, smoke, etc). Carry out also periodical test according to NFPA standards for Deluge water systems, Fire suppression systems and Fire water pumps.
- Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance of vibration sensors, proximitors and electronic cards for protection of rotating equipment (Bently Nevada 3500)
- Carry out corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance on online process Analyzers (Daniel, ABB, Rosemount, Orthodyne, Teledyne, siemens etc.
- Provide continuously technical ideas regarding instrumentation and control to management in order to increase the reliability and operational availability of the LNG plant.
- Assist of testing of safety-related equipment (SIS).
- Use of control systems software to troubleshoot problems on instrument and control valves (example: Delta V, Delta V SIS, Allen Bradley, CCC, Mark VI)
- Provide technical assistance to Production for instrument, control and analytical issues.
- Knowledge and competency in Hazardous Area Classification including installation, maintenance and inspection of equipment used in explosive atmospheres.
- Develop maintenance workplans and procedures for instrument, control and analytical equipment based on international standards (API, NFPA, IEC, ISA, ANSI, FCI, ISO, etc)
- Participate in Management of change (MOC) meetings by proposing new improvements for instrument equipment and providing technical support to other areas.
- Review and approve procurement of required spare parts based on obsolescence and criticality including verification of technical data sheets and physical inspection of delivered spare parts.
- Participate in root cause investigations of instrument and analytical equipment failures applying different techniques as fault tree, fishbone diagrams and 5 whys.
- Participate in process investigation reports meetings and process hazards analysis (HAZOP) by providing technical support to other areas.
- Develop training modules at workshop for instrument and control equipment in order to reinforce technical capabilities of new technicians.
